This Agreement governs the relationship between KitabERP LLP and the user. By utilizing our software or web services, you represent that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement for business purposes.
Accessing or utilizing the KitabERP platform constitutes an agreement to be bound by these provisions, applicable to both free utilities and paid licenses.
We provide business management tools via a limited, non-exclusive license. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their local installations.
All proprietary software, designs, and content are the exclusive property of KitabERP LLP. Unauthorized redistribution is prohibited.
While we strive for high precision and compliance with current regulations, the final responsibility for tax accuracy and legal filings rests solely with the business owner.
The KitabERP platform is a technical instrument designed to assist in business administration. It does not constitute professional accounting, financial, or legal advice. Final regulatory compliance and tax filing remains the sole obligation of the user.
Usage is restricted to lawful, internal business operations. Activities including but not limited to unauthorized data extraction, reverse engineering, or fraudulent record manipulation will result in immediate termination of the license.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be adjudicated exclusively within the courts of New Delhi, India.
