Establishing a transparent framework for financial transactions, cancellations, and refund eligibility.
This policy governs the reversal of financial transactions related to the digital goods and services provided by KitabERP LLP.
KitabERP provides digital licenses via one-time plans and recurring subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed on a periodic basis, while plans represent single-transaction licenses.

Users may terminate subscriptions at any time via the account dashboard. Termination stops future billing cycles; however, previously processed fees are non-refundable after the initial 7-day window.
